I was on the verge of breaking up with my business.

I was addicted to the hustle.

Do you know how difficult it is to manage a business using 13 different systems, tools, and programs? At first, I thought it was so cool to have so many different tools, hell I even taught classes on how to use all of them. Eventually, I would realize that I was doing it wrong.

I wasted so much TIME and ENERGY with all of these tools. Things were not working. I felt like I was on a hamster wheel just spinning around and around and I couldn’t get off the damn thing.

I needed something different. I needed a big drastic change, and I needed it quickly. If I was ever going to scale my business, I couldn’t keep going at this rate. Otherwise, I’d be staring down the barrel of burn out.

I did so many free trials, trying to find the right solution. But guess what happened? I never gave any of them a chance. I was adamant that I couldn’t afford to pay for a solution, but the truth was, I was in a scarcity mindset.   

In order to truly get the benefits of automation, I had to be willing to INVEST in my business. To INVEST in myself.

Now don’t get me wrong, I was still getting clients. I was still making money. I had my head so buried in the hustle that I wasn’t paying attention to the funds coming in. Until the end of the year, I did my P & L statement and realized that I had made 6-figures. On accident.

I technically ‘could’ afford to pay for a system, but I was so scared that I would lose clients. I was scared people would figure out I didn’t know what the hell I was doing and fire me. And so, I hoarded the money I earned.

When did things shift for me? Great question.

Almost a year ago, I accidentally discovered an all-in-one tool while investigating a solution for my client.

My mind was blown. (Just like my mind was blown when I accidentally made 6-figures)

Everything changed for me.

I saw what was possible.

I learned how easy it was to automate things in this system that I was able to cancel my Squarespace and Wix websites, Membervault and Thinkific and Kajabi where I was hosting my courses, You Can Book .me where I was hosting my calendar, my square store, Mailchimp and Mailerlite for email marketing. The list goes on.

Now, I’m not here trying to convince you to sign up for my CRM, that’s not my intention.

My mission is to help business owners stop babysitting your business so that you can eliminate the overwhelm, or feeling like you can’t take a vacation without checking in every 10 minutes.
