This 1-day collaborative summit brings together hosts and speakers who care about building better online events, specifically events that feel aligned, structured, and genuinely a win-win for all involved.

We’ll explore how we design, promote, monetize, and participate in summits in ways that strengthen relationships, expand visibility, and create real collaboration.

This isn’t a pitch fest. It’s not a hype-driven launch event.

It’s a structured, thoughtful think tank with room for real conversation.

Expect smart dialogue, practical insights, and meaningful connection.

Selected speakers may participate in:

  • Moderated Roundtable Discussions: Thoughtfully facilitated conversations designed to spark insight, perspective, and real exchange.

  • Short Thought-Leader Talks (approximately 10 minutes): Focused insights that move the conversation forward and offer practical takeaways.

  • Pre-Recorded VIP Interviews (20–30 minutes):
    Deeper dives where we explore your frameworks, experiences, and implementation strategies in more detail.

Roundtables are structured to ensure balanced participation, but expect genuine dialogue, not rehearsed soundbites.

Sessions are curated to encourage thoughtful collaboration rather than promotional showcases. The goal is simple: meaningful conversation that leads to real connection.

This is a live virtual event designed for real-time conversation and connection.

Speakers may participate in one of the following formats:

• Moderated roundtable discussion
• 10-minute thought-leader talk
• Both (by invitation)

Roundtables are thoughtfully facilitated to ensure balanced participation and meaningful dialogue.

There are no pitches during live sessions. Speakers may briefly reference relevant resources when contextually appropriate. The focus is conversation, clarity, and collaboration.

Q: What Promotion is Required?

A: Promotion is welcomed — but not required.

If selected, you will receive:

• A unique affiliate link
• Graphics
• Swipe copy

You are free to share in a way that aligns with your audience and capacity.

There are no registration minimums.

Affiliate commissions apply only to VIP upgrades purchased through your unique link.

Affiliate disclosure is required when promoting.

A: We comply with all privacy regulations.

Speakers will receive contact information only from attendees who have explicitly opted in to receive communication from speakers.

You are welcome to include an opt-in link in your speaker bio for those who prefer to connect directly.

Q: Do I have to be live all day?

A: Absolutely NOT! We know you are busy! We'll ask you to come to zoom 10 minutes prior and participate in your panel.

What I’ll Need From You

So this all sounds great, but what kind of work does it require of you? Let’s chat about it! My goal is to make this all as easy as humanly possible so we can all have a blast while providing great value and growing our businesses.

  1. Your application will be what I use to create the info on our Registration page, so if anything changes between now and March 13th 2026 please reach out ASAP.

  2. If you are going to provide a giveaway, I'll need a graphic provided by you for our website.

  3. LIVE DAY: Before we go live, I'll be emailing you a link to join us via zoom with your confirmed time. I'll ask you to join us 10 minutes prior so we can have a seamless transition.

● Make sure you have good lighting, facing natural light or a ring light

● Check for quality sound

● Set your space up for success

● Have a less distracting background behind you

● Make sure you are at a good eye level for your camera recording

● Have fun and bring your good energy!

VIP Experience & Giveaways

If selected, you may be invited to participate in a 20–30 minute pre-recorded VIP interview where we explore your frameworks, implementation strategies, or deeper insights related to your topic.

Participation in the VIP interview is optional.

Speakers may also choose to contribute an additional resource or giveaway for VIP attendees. This is completely voluntary and should align with your audience and capacity.

The VIP Experience provides attendees with:

• Extended access to session replays
• Additional interviews and deeper dives
• Bonus resources contributed by speakers

• Templates, Workbooks, Custom GPT's and 1:1 time with Elaine

If you choose to offer a giveaway or resource, we will request:

• A graphic (if applicable)
• Any coupon codes (if applicable)
• Clear access instructions

Everything is designed to feel supportive and structured... never pressured.

Promotion Period

One of the strengths of a summit is shared visibility.

When multiple professionals come together around a clear theme, it creates expanded reach, new introductions, and collaborative momentum for everyone involved.

Promotion for this event begins on March 30, 2026.

Speakers are encouraged (but not required) to share the event with their communities in a way that feels aligned and sustainable.

You are welcome to use your unique affiliate link (provided upon acceptance) if you’d like to participate in the optional 40% commission on VIP upgrades.

All promotional participation is voluntary. There are no quotas or registration minimums.

Our goal is shared visibility... not pressure.

While summits are great for overall visibility and making new connections, a little extra income never hurts either, right?

That’s exactly why I’ve set up an affiliate program for the VIP Experience where you’ll receive a commission from all sales from traffic you refer to the event.

Payouts will be made by May 31 2026

The VIP Experience pricing will be:

● $97.00 Early Bird VIP Registration, until April 22nd 2026

(Commission payout: $38.80)

● $197.00 on April 23rd 2026 (Commission payout: $78.80)

To make it as easy as possible for you to generate extra income, the Speaker Resource Vault will include things like email swipe copy, social media copy, and social share graphics.

However, you’re more than welcome to write your own copy and even run your own Facebook ads. Just remember to use your affiliate link so you get properly compensated.

As with all affiliate promotions, be sure to disclose that you’re an affiliate when sharing with your audience.
