I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO THEIR ADVICE...
I was having a conversation with a friend last night and she was beating herself up because she is just now figuring out her niche, her focus, her avatar. She felt like she had wasted so much time trying to be everyone’s coach instead of listening to advice that had been given to her previously.
I told her not to beat herself up. There is nothing wrong with taking the long way, the scenic route. Because had she not taken the scenic route, I never would have met her.
You are exactly where you are supposed to be.
We are going to be presented with lessons on a regular basis. We will be presented with these lessons over and over again until we learn from them. Had she skipped to the front of the line, she would not have learned the important lessons along her journey.
You are exactly where you are supposed to be.
No one else is running your business, you are. You get to make the decision, you get to decide the direction you want to take. So even though everyone was telling her what to do, she had to figure it out for herself.
