I’ve never hosted a summit before. Which option is best for beginners?

If you want to DIY and just need structure, the DIY or DIY + CRM option is perfect. If the idea of tech gives you the ick, you’ll love the Done-With-You or Done-For-You options — because I’ll walk beside you (or do it all for you).

What’s the difference between Done-With-You and Done-For-You?

Think of DWY as us building the plane together while you learn to fly it. DFY is where you chill in first class while I fly the damn thing. You’ll still be involved in decisions, but I do the heavy lifting in DFY.

What if I don’t have a CRM or don’t want to use GoHighLevel?

No worries! I’ve got a CRM you can borrow (6-month access is included in DIY + CRM, DWY, and DFY packages). If you already have a CRM you love, we’ll adapt the templates or build inside your platform — that’s why I have flexible pricing.

What’s this Custom Summit GPT thing and why is it a bonus?

Oh, it’s your new favorite summit co-pilot! It’s an AI assistant (powered by ChatGPT) trained on my summit strategies to help you brainstorm titles, write promo copy, create speaker outreach emails, and more — 24/7. Included in all DWY and DFY tiers, and in DIY + CRM as a bonus.

How much time will I need to set aside if I go the Done-With-You route?

Plan on 1–2 hours per week for planning calls, co-working sessions, and implementation. You’re still involved — I just make it 100x easier (and keep you out of tech purgatory).

Can I upgrade later if I start with DIY?

Yup! If you realize halfway through that you’d rather not do it all alone, we can upgrade you to DWY or DFY and credit your original purchase toward the new tier.

Will you manage speakers for me?

In DWY, I’ll give you tools and templates so you can confidently manage your speaker outreach. In DFY, I help you manage that process and keep your speakers on track (because you don’t need 17 people ghosting you three days before launch).

What kind of support is included?

DIY includes videos and training materials. DWY adds weekly support via co-working or check-ins. DFY includes strategy sessions, implementation reviews, and hands-on tech + design support.
